Kaya FC pounded ten-man Team Socceroo FC, 7-0, to go a point behind Global and Meralco. Tishan Hanley netted a hat-trick and OJ Porteria scored two goals for Kaya. Alfred Osei and Kenshiro Daniels, who also provided three assists in the first half, scored a goal each. Justin Mengane was sent off late in the match for Team Socceroo.

Saturday’s UFL fixtures will finally decide the fates of Global, Meralco, and Kaya, which are all still in contention for second place. Meralco face Green Archers United FC at 5:15 PM. Kaya and Global square off in the second game at 7:45 PM. Both matches will be at Rizal Memorial Stadium
